This is a very basic but clean hotel,the food was good[fairly basic]but nice and plentiful,the staff very hard working but not over friendly.The entertainment was very poor and certainly the kids clubs were practically none existant.The lido near to the hotel is lovely although a little cold,but...

Since the Madrid aeroplane disaster another flight , this time from Barcelona to the Canary Islands , was forced to make an unscheduled landing at Malaga last Sunday .This was put down to a technical problem and the airline has said that it did not constitute an emergency as such . The previous day a flight from Zurich to Malaga had to make an emergency landing in Geneva because of a reported bomb scare . None of the passengers was hurt
