DUCK weekend success With Krispy Kremes selling out in 5 hours DUCK weekend was always going to be a fantastic success! We continue to vehemently ignore government obesity endemic warnings on our quest to fatten up students through charity and managed to raise well over £800 for Children in Need through selling cakes alone. It’s been a good year for the coast of Tenerife, the second annual campaign “La Mar De Limpia” promoted by the government, has cleared an amazing 1,200 kilos of rubbish from 6 zones. Travel agencies are saying that flight prices have risen sharply as customers affected by the collapse of XL Leisure scramble to rebook their holidays. One example is the airfare on a 19 September easyJet flight to Tenerife that has doubled in price, according to a London travel agency, to £437 return.
