I don't know what hotel the bad reviewers went to , it certainly was not the Iberostar Las Dalias. My wife & I have just returned from a weeks holiday there, the staff couldn't be more helpful, the food was great (and I am a fussy eater) and talk about clean, you could eat off the floor! The Santa Maria apartments were lovely and in a good location, not far from anything burt reasonably quiet for putting children to bed. Although we did not join in with many of the activities, the poolside bar was very nice and the pool itself safe, with lifeguards on duty. Not far from beach for little ones either. Reception well staffed and very helpful....
