July was one of the hottest months ever recorded within Tenerife and the surrounding Canary Islands.
The MET office confirmed that the weather for this part of the world was 2 or 3 degrees higher than what would normally be expected for this time of the year.
We urge you to take all precautions necessary if you're out in the Sun in Tenerife. Ensure you drink plenty of fluids - and alcohol isn't really considered a useful fluid!

The number of new Spanish property mortgages approved in May rose by 15per cent to 57,614 compared to the previous month, indicating that demand for property in Spain and Tenerife is rising, according to Spain’s National Institute of Statistics.
However, on an annual basis the volume of mortgages issued in May fell 23per cent, compared to the corresponding month last year.

Open untill tomorrow, you've gotta be fast to book the tickets, and you have to travel in October or November.

The Cabildo (Tenerife's Government) has lifted their ban on BBQ's in certain areas of Tenerife.
The ban was in place due to the exceptionally hot weather and the the possibility of forest fires.
We do however still urge you to be cautious if you're planning an outside barbecue or celebration in Tenerife.
