I am basically not too fussy and I have never had cause to complain about a hotel room in my 45 years. But room 417 in the Molino Blanco in Puerto de la Cruz caused me to break this habit. Santa Maria Apartments, Costa Adeje, Tenerife - Great family holiday

The Santa Maria apartments were lovely and in a good location, not far from anything burt reasonably quiet for putting children to bed. Although we did not join in with many of the activities, the poolside bar was very nice and the pool itself safe, with lifeguards on duty. Not far from beach for little ones either. Reception well staffed and very helpful....

Excellent hotel,very clean,friendly staff. Food excellent & plentiful,the wine was awful.Sunbeds NOT meant to be reserved,there were signs around the pool,but I watched people at 6am putting towels on sunbeds,most of them dont use them until afternoon!No one from the hotel questioned it.The Hotel location isn't good,the resort is basic with nothing to do,leaving you a bit trapped.If you enjoy a good walk and have suitable shoes,you can walk all t...
