The first time me and my girlfriend went to these apartments in 2006 we knew we made a fantastic choice, the place was just spotless and the location was fantastic, the staff where very helpfull as the first thing i asked for was in my room within a few hours, i'd asked for extra pillow's and they where there. After reading the reviews regarding Las Piramides Apartments in Tenerife we were dreading our holiday were we in for a surprise. We found that although it looked tired we were infored that it will be closing early next year for a complete refurb. I can't in all honesty find much to criticise this hotel for - that said I can't find very much to praise it for either! We stopped at the Hotel Jacaranda for 1 week, it was by far the best hotel I have ever stopped in. The staff were extremely friendly and couldnt offer to help enough, the food was great, giving a different variety every night including pork, steak, chicken, lamb and beef.
