Exciting news was announced in the past week for Tenerife and the Canary Islands as a whole. LM Producciones have announced a Rock festival for Tenerife, to be held in May, from Thursday the 24th to Saturday the 26th in the captial, Santa Cruz.
Details have already been released about some of the attractions available within the festival itself; including a wind tunnel, Formula 1 Simulators, a Ski slope and Skateboard park, MotoGP Simulators and Paintball - as well as a huge range of other activities and concessions around the event. Tenerife Island has a huge variety of different boating excursions, including game fishing, La Gomera trips and diving - but one of the most visited excursions is by far Whale and Dolphin watching. Most trips leave from one of the many harbours in Tenerife and generally last anything from a couple of hours right up to half a day.
