I don't know what hotel the bad reviewers went to , it certainly was not the Iberostar Las Dalias. My wife & I have just returned from a weeks holiday there, the staff couldn't be more helpful, the food was great (and I am a fussy eater) and talk about clean, you could eat off the floor!
